Need some advice on my exhaust system

Hello. I recently bought a 2013 2lt automatic. *sigh* Soon I'll get my SS.... soon. Well The person who owned it before me did some pretty amazing things with the exhaust. When I accelerate, well... it sounds like a weed eater. You would swear someone had a Kawasaki rice rocket somewhere. I looked into two systems. The Flow Master performance system, and the Magna Flow series. I'm not expecting to get a nice deep rumble out of my 6cyl. 2lt, but I'd like it to sound better. I have two questions. 1. What would you guys/gals recommend for my exhaust and 2. How much should I be looking to spend? I've gotten prices anywhere from $1100.00 to $1500.00 installed. Thank you for your much needed advice.

I had the MRT 2.0 with a resonator delete when I had a V6. Idle sounded good and deep and normal acceleration sounded nice, WOT was pretty raspy but that was mostly because I didn't have resonators.

I'd recommend the MRT though, I spent $600 on it brand new. You might be able to find a better deal.
