No Shell in this area, mostly Sunoco & Exxon/Mobil, some Gulf, Citgo & BP's. I prefer Sunoco over all the others.

Chevron for me, but we only get 91 here in Cali.
I work in the industry so it's relevant to me. Haha...apparently there was an article a few years ago that said that Integrated Oil Companies (ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, etc) have their total stock value suffer because they are attached to a refining arm. This article suggested that each of these spin off their refining arms and let the individual companies be valued by the market. Marathon did this already and their stock (both the original and the new version of the refining arm) are doing great. ConocoPhillips is next.

I can't see Shell or ExxonMobil pulling this same move. It would be universally bad on a massive PR scale.

I use sunoco. They are the only station that offers 102 at the pump.

In town I'll go to Kwik Trip or Shell which are both on the Top Tier list. When travelling I usually use Shell. I keep the Top Tier brand list on my smart phone so if I'm in unfamiliar territory I can quickly look it up.

I use the kind that burns. Always the highest octane they carry at the pump. Other than that I don't think much about it. It's pretty much all the same gas anyways.

Chevron. I'll stop and put gas at Walmart before I ever think about using shell again...
