You could always try making your own from a blank metal plate frame + paint

I haven't tried the stuff yet but I'm sure you can plasti dip it black and paint the bow tie red with touch up paint or nail polish. Just an idea

I busted my brain looking for the right ones for mine and ended up going with color matched to make the plates look smaller.
