Arrow A chip on Bumblebees paint all the way down to the black primer

After getting off work this past monday, I noticed a shopping cart was touching my car. when I pulled it off and check for any damage I noticed a half inch chip all the way to the black primer (?). Would Dr. Colorchip or Langka work or should I go get a estimate on the car. Or should I leave it alone, but a friend said with a chip that deep it will begin to chip more and more. (picture to come)
-Thanks Athena

I would think dr color chip would work. I would ask them personally, and the three kits they sell arnt to expensive compared to 15$ touch up pens at the dealer
