Pre-Cut Tint on ebay.

Has anybody purchased pre-cut window tint kits on ebay? I have tinted windows in the far past, and the hardest part is the rear window and side windows with frames. BUT the 2010 Camaro should be very easy to tint on the side windows due to no frames and the little side windows have a black border. I am highly considering doing the sides myself, but not sure about which Pre-cut kit to buy on ebay. There are SO MANY that claim they are the best??? The rear window is another whole ball of wax. I don't know If I want to try tinting that one. These kits are about $30 for all the windows.

I guess nobody has tried them. I sent messages to the sellers on ebay about the brand name, but being the weekend they are probably out having fun.

Thanks. Money is a major issue for me, unemployed, and its not long before I have NO income...And savings is about gone. Thats why I am looking for the cheapest way to go. I have tinted windows before and its not hard on windows without a frame. I just don't do rear windows.

hey bud, im no financial advisor by any means.. i mean i've spent thousands on extras for this car since feb. but if you have no income bro, and no job and no savings.. why are you worried about getting tint on your car? Your car is awesome the way it is. Jump into that IOM 2ss and get u a job, even if its auto zone making $10 an hr at least you get discounts on parts! ;-) haha.

Just looking out for a camaro5 friend.

I will sell my window tint pre-cut for $30 + shipping, it is Global films it has a Life time warranty against any manufactures defects. We have been using it for years at my shop and have only had a handfull of people come back and mostly it was due to dirt in the window tracks scratching the film.

Jeff, I did mine myself, no previous tinting experience. I puchased the precut tints, and I only did the 4 side windows, as I have a rear window louver. They turned out great. I used a squeege that came with some headlight blackouts, and it may have been a little hard as I have a few satiny scratches, but besides that it looks like a pro job, no bubbles, no creases. Again, this was my first time so I am far from an expert, but the key for me seemed like keeping plenty of solution on the subject, and taking my time. The gaskets didn't seem like a big issue, I just wet them down right good before I started, used the squeege to pull them back and get some solution down in there. The hardest part by far was the front corner, behind the tweeter. I figured, I'd give it a shot and if I failed I'm out 20 bucks, and just get them done professionally. Turned out to be a fun project, and no money wasted.

Thanks Zach for the wise words

My eyes are Very sensitive and sunglasses give me bad headaches,

so cheap tint would be very good for me. The Camaro's sunvisors

are useless IMO. I did purchase a tint kit from ebay-Elitetint, and it

looks like a VERY HIGH quality tint, AND they DO NOT LIE.

I am not in anyway in business with Elitetint, I just like the way they

do business. HONESTY is what I am all about, and so are they.

I have tinted several cars in the early to late 80's.

I will remove the door panels to do it properly.

Thanks and have a wonderful day

I had that problem with my Acura TL. I had to install felt

for my window rubber gaskets due to scratches that the

Tint installer GUARANTEED WOULD NOT SCRATCH, and it did.

I paid $275 for my Acura to be tinted at a shop that did VERY

HIGH END CARS. Don't believe MOST of what you hear. I have

faith that this tint I purchased is Top Quality.

Have a Wonderful Day

I'm interested in hearing how it goes, Jeff. Are you going to tint the rear glass too?
