None of the cars listed get the motor, but there are lots of vehichles not listed. Do you think it will go into a truck to compete with the Ecoboost F-150?

I'm not sure, according to this chart it is for 2014 Camaro's. Nothing else. Soooo one would think they are listing the LS7 as an engine option.

Go to the post with the PDF link. It has a complete breakdown of the motors available in GM vehicles. It also lists more vehicles than the Camaro and what engines will be available. One engine listed is a 3.6L SIDI VVT V6 TWIN TURBO! Unfortunately, none of the cars list that engine used.

what would they do with it???? ATS V, trucks????? i wish there was more info on it like the LT1. just doesent seem like it has a home yet

Hmmmm, very interesting. I don't see it being the heart of a new Z28 as that would sacrilege. I agree with the other poster that it might be the motor for the ATS-V.

Don't see this engine being in the Z28 if it is made. Unless GM give the SS more power. The Z28 can't be more powerful then the SS. If anything the Z28 will get the TT V6 or the current more refine version of the LS3. And the SS gets the new engine. And ZL1 gets it with the blower.

Should've just threw the ls7 in the 1LE and called it a Z28

Oh well pretty sure GM is putting a twin 6 in the z. Remember Jay Leno going off about that? With the LFX tunings changed, wonder if they're having better luck with the HPFI

I don't think we will see the TTV6 in the Camaro, but more likely the XTS, and maybe the ATS-V.
