Help with traction control

I have turned it off so the tires spin taking off as long as I'm going in a straight line, the minute the car starts getting sideways it kicks in and the tries stop spinning. I know your thinking what is this guy thinking. Well I had a 2010 SS and I could hold the traction control button for 10 seconds and it turn everything off and I could do what I wanted (Donuts). I can't seem to get it to do a donut. And yea I want to have fun with the cars smokin tires and have fun. Does anyone know what I can do so the car will do Donuts?

I'm sure you can still turn everything off. I'm not sure how to do it in the Z/28...I'm thinking it might be the same procedure?

I hold the button down and it doesn't do anything. If you push it twice both lights light up acting like the SS but still won't let you get sideways. Unless I'm doing it wrong. Any help would be nice.

Hit the button twice to put it into performance traction management, and then press the tour and sport buttons to cycle through the PTM modes, you want to put it on level 5, it removes the stability control. Or you can press and hold the traction control button and it will switch off the TC and stability control.

Did you press and hold the T/C button for 7 seconds?
