Anyone replaced tires yet?

How many miles and how much did it set ya back.
I was at a tire shop yesterday and the guy gasped when he pulled up the price to replace a 20" 275 P-Zero runflat.

I'm a long way from replacing tires, but imagine $400 to $500 per tire on the 21" wheels. Yikes.

I guess it depends whether you get tires online or locally.

and this is why it pays to see what tires cost BEFORE you burn them up.

Geez, where are you shopping? Discount Tire is $246 each and Tire Rack is $234 each for the PZero's in 275/40/20's. The Camaro doesn't come with run-flats, by the way.

I replaced mine at 25k... went with Hankook because my car is a daily driver and I needed a performance tire that would last longer than 20k miles.... the set was about 560 if memory serves and I am surprised that these Hankooks are actually decent tires... they are quieter than the Pirelli's..... I think the next time I will go with B F Goodrich or Vrdestein....

I am due for mine. Dealer quote me 300 for the front 390 for the back with labor and alignment 1495 for the Pirelli's. I have 25,000 miles on mine.

Ask him to pull up the Price for the Stock Tire......The Stock Tires aren't Run Flat tires, which cost more.
