I went with the SPR pedals in black, pyramid grid with the heel toe gas pedal. Love them. No slippage.

I have the ZL1 pedal covers also and tried all the tricks I found here: baking the brake cover in the oven, letting it sit in hot water and still couldn't get it on myself. The brake cover was so rigid that the rubber started separating from the metal after trying to fit it over the pedal multiple times. I ended up returning the first set I had, buying a new set, and just letting the dealer put them on while I was there for something else.

I've had these Yates Performance pedals on for over a year now and really like them. Very well made and about cost about 40% less than some of the alternatives.
