Hood Louvers

Anyone thought or or seen a retro/modern styling of the original 1967 Rally Sport hood louvers for the 2010?

Hood louvers? Why? I personally don't like 'em.

Well the old style wouldnt look that good but I was thinking more along the lines of a heat extractor style, functioning of course. I dont like what's out on the market for hoods that do this and something that would show heat leaving the engine compartment on a cold day would look cool. All I can really find is these hoods: http://www.carbon-fiber-hoods.com/index1.html, the CL would look better with vents tucked more towards the cowl maybe with an angle to them. Would be a good spot to do flames if you're into that too. Basically just something closer to the headers.

You're right. The hood components look classic. The rest of the additions are downright terrible.
