Got all my stripes done today at a local installer. Turned out pretty good for the most part. More bubbles than I would like to see, but I guess they will flatten out once they dry up some more. All in all I'm pretty happy with it.
Stripes are from MoProAuto, the 3M kit.
Gill accents are just off of Ebay
Bowties are from Big Worm, they went on really well!
SS are GM parts.

I installed my E-bay spoiler today, and I noticed that the stripe extensions I ordered may not work unless I replace the entire rear stripes.. seems like the factory stripes are starting their turn in just as it goes under the spoiler, and a straight stripe extension will not match up with them well.

I love this thread. The pictures here were so great that I took some and made Wall Paper for my Smart Phone. (Hope the original owners don't mind but they are simply beautiful!!)

This way with my car parked for the winter I can still enjoy my Rally Yellow Camaro.

Good Gawd! Some Camaro owners' love for these cars is just a little over the top. You do know that to date Chevrolet has built over 80,000 of these things, right??? And...there is going to be a Z28??? The SS is not a collector car by any means! Take that car out of that damn bubble and drive it! I know I do!

I think he is merely storing his car for the winter. Many do that who live in severe climate environments, especially if it is not their daily ride and have an alternate vehicle to get around in. The bubble is just an improved version of a car cover. I am sure when the waether improves he will deflate the bubble and drive that baby all over town.

its only in the bubble for winter. when the weather gets better the bubble is gone!
