Stop peeing in your pants when you hammer that bad boy. LOL, could not resist. Really if you have a sunroof it could be that or a bad window gasket. once in great while on older cars water would leak from the windsheild down and through the firewall and get on the floor.

Plugged Evaporator drain.

the A/C pulls moisture out of the cabin air. It collects on the Evap coils, and drains out a hose under the car. If it plugs, it overflows and drips down on the carpet, under the padding and can get the carpet wet all the way tothe back seat.

Take it to your dealer. Could be the heater core.

Yes AC condensate or heater core, especially on passenger side of car. That is usually where they are located

This is a known issue. Take it in asap. Sooner the better.

Scott is still pissed at the extensive work they had to do.

Hi - I just had this problem myself. The rubber grommet that connects the A/C drain line was "collapsed" just like in the picture
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/attach...3&d=1278370339<-- the TSB

here is my post in a similar thread:

As an update, I took my car in because the floors were getting damp and some water would sputter out of the middle vent. The service manager at Lannan Chevrolet, when he saw the TSB that I brought in, told me that the grommet would be the second thing they would look at (first thing would be to blow some air through it, if they could). About a 1/2hour after I handed him the keys, he came to the waiting area with the tech, who was holding in his hand the grommet, and it looked exactly like it did in the picture in the TSB. He joked "Gotta love the work those robots do."

They reinstalled it the proper way and it's all set - the part was still in good condition, just "collapsed" as they call it. It's a one time fix, as it gets installed at the factory incorrectly. Once it's aligned properly, it shouldn't need to be fixed again.

What I was surprised at is how big the part is. The picture in the TSB does it no justice. I figured it was a 1" diameter part with a 1/4" hole or so. The thing is actually pretty darn big as it sat in nearly the entire palm of his hand, and the hole is a good 1" or so.

Did you pull your rug, My dealer pulled the rug and it was wet, the water will soak in the sound deadener and later rust, dealer gave me a car and said he will call when it`s ready.
