CGM camaro updates
more updates to the car. next week fenders (if they come in) and lower T-rex grille. Changed out the SS bumper for the V-6 to get rid of the mail slot. painted the Seibon Carbon Fiber hood except for the scoop portion

SLP ZL 427
While Northern Virginia experienced one of the worst winters on record, I spent a great deal of time considering after market performance enhancements for my Camaro (CGM 2SS RS). I finally called SLP Performance Parts, Inc. and inquired of their various options.
SLP Performance Parts Inc. referred me to their Distributor/Installer WRAY Brothers Auto Inc, 830 County Road, Cullman, Al. While I was apprehensive in sending my Camaro such a distance, Steve Wray CEO convinced me of his experience with SLP conversions and gave me confidence to forward my Camaro to his facility. I just received my CGM 2SS RS back from conversion at SLP Performance Parts today. Truly changed my Camaro! Wray Brothers produced a truly superior conversion package on my Camaro to a ZL 427. The entire process (two weeks) of transport to and from Virginia, progress updates and constant contact with their people every step in the conversion was of the highest professional caliber. I would especially give their Paint Department (Mr. Sam Davies) the highest rating as the striping on my Camaro is awesome. If you are considering a ZL conversion in the future, I highly recommend without reservation Wray Brothers Auto Inc in Cullman, Alabama. See ya at Camaro Fest! |

Blacked Out BowTies
I masked off the front bow tie and painted it. I bough the black vinyl insert for the rear. After I applied it, I added the lettering. I think it is a definite improvement over the gold. Now I need to do something with the gold bowties on the license plate frame. I had bought it to match the gold rear bowtie! haha

Here I am with our dealer picking up the car on Wednesday.Papers signed and have 200 km on her since.This is one amazing car, my face is starting to hurt from perma grin.
