I called them up today, and they finally got approval. You can call and order one now with the logo. I ordered mine this morning. Glad I waited, which wasn't too hard, since I can't drive it right now if I wanted to with all the snow we've been getting here. At least it will be here by the time it warms up enough to drive it again and I won't have to use that teardrop shaped stock knob.

My plain white knob with SS is enroute, they weren't sure when the 1LE would be approved.

Now that EPCO is approved to make the 1LE logo, I was going to order mine. They said i needed the thread size. Does anyone know what the thread size is for a stock 1LE shifter? Thanks in advance.

I just called them directly and placed my order over the phone. The lady who handles the phone orders was very knowledgable and helpful. I just told her what car I had and she knew what to order for it.

After doing some research, the shift knob is bolted to the shift shaft with a T25 Torx. How does the new EPCO knob install if the stock is not a threaded shaft? Thanks again in advance!

There is an adapter that is needed. It is part of the shift nob. It comes with the correct screw size, just a different type head. Attaches just like the factory unit. Tell them you need this adapter with the shift nob, they will know what you need. I purchased mine from them.

Thanks a million for the heads up on the adapter. Been working double shifts and haven't had time to research thoroughly. I'll be calling EPCO next chance I get.

Reviving this thread with a quick question: With the 2013-2015 adapter from Epco, it looks like in the pictures that it brings the chrome ring (on the 1LE boot) right up to the underside of the shifter ball.

I'd actually prefer a little room between the two. Does the adapter give that option?

I would actually like something like the below If anyone knows where they make one (First is for the 2005+ Mustang, second is for the 2010-2012 Camaro):

Has anyone had any luck with contact from the sales team? I had been emailing back and forth with a lady about a knob for my car, then it went silent and I cant get a response.
