Hey guys just got myself a 11 Camaro RS and new to the site. I'm out in Tyler TX and saw this club was wondering if yall still meet up cause ill really like to meet some camaro buddies!

Most likely gone by then but we meet every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 4 pm at location I mentioned in last reply.

Also, we try to make Cars & Coffee at 9am at Coyote SAMs on old Jacksonville road.....every third Saturday of each month...

Aftermarket Exhaust for Automatic L99 SS/RS
I am looking at what can be done to modify my L99 A6 Camaro SS/RS to give it more of a old muscle car sound without doing anything that will give up the Warranty on the car.

I would like to hear a Camaro V8 L99 automatic ...perhaps be able to ride in one that has been modified without any tune so I can better decide what exhaust I might chose to get the sound I am looking for.

I have sought some feedback on the L99 topic section and have received some good suggestions but feel I need to be able to hear it myself and hear it riding inside the car before I chose which way to go.

Hoping someone with V8 L99 automatic that all is stock except the exhaust modification will help me on this quest.

You're welcome to ride in mine--only mods I've done are the Flowmaster cat-back exhaust kit and an ADM cold air intake. The only downside to most of the exhaust kits on the L99's seems to be when 4-cylinder mode kicks in. The drone gets pretty bad, which is why I tap-shift around town--helps me keep 4-banger mode from turning on.

And yeah, rain looks like it's going to win today.

Elvis I have only done the exhaust on my SS. You are welcome to come for a ride when I am able to make it to the meetings. Also Henderson will be having the Syrup Festival the second Saturday in November, the 9th. They have a car show, was wondering if we could get a bunch of us together to attend. I can call and check and see how much it is if anyone is interested.

looking for the right sound before I make the switch...thanks.....

Since I feel like I am 19 again when I drive Elvis.....it should also sound like yesterday once more......

Planning to make Cars and Coffee tomorrow morning...at Coyote SAMs on old Jacksonville road in Tyler, Tx........will show up somewhere between 9 to 9:30am......officially begins at 10am...getting there early so we hopefully can park together...
