Looks to be an awesome car, for sure. Now let's see the price tag on it. I'm assuming that horsepower number is at the flywheel, not to the wheels. If it's to the wheels, I might have to go from the 2 7/8" upper pulley on my car to the 2 3/4" one to make sure it stays in my rearview mirror.
I might have to check into one of these. Last edited by garagelogic; 01-08-2009 at 09:11 PM. |

Interesting that so far there's been little rejection of Hennessey working on Camaros, like there were from Saleen.
A quick search will reveal that this dude is a complete prick. However, he is pretty much equal-opportunity even towards the Dodge guys. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ight=hennessey |

Just so you are aware, the suspension on my car is not stock. I have a front and rear coilover setup, better swaybars, QA1 adj. struts/shocks and a couple of other suspension goodies. While this does not help with weight transfer at the strip, I'm pretty it can more than hold it's own in the twisties. I've not had it officially measured, but I would guess it would be pretty close to 1.00g on the skidpad. It sure surprised a Copperhead Viper a couple of weeks ago in the curvy road to my house.

If you have to ask "How much?" You can't afford it. (I'll guess it's gonna be $80,000 + )
Ohhh yeah! He was accused of stripping cars for parts wasn't he? |
