4:30 pm – Depart Martinrea to Hotel
7:00 – 9:00 pm – BBOMG Group Buffet Dinner – Guild Hall / Holiday Inn

Saturday August 21st

GM Oshawa Assembly, Stamping, Engineers, Managers, Impala all welcome (Lot in front of Gate 4 of GM Oshawa, across from South Main Office, Park Rd. Oshawa)
4:00pm – Depart for Hotel
4:30 – 8:30 pm – Downtime and/or Dinner cruise (optional)
8:30 pm –??? 2nd annual BBOMG evening social event
Oshawa Assembly, Stamping, Engineers, Impala all welcome – Durham Hall / Holiday Inn


Sunday August 22nd

Attendance - Please email buyersandbuildersregister@gmail.com with the following information: Your name, # of people attending, year and model of car(s) attending, # of people attending the buffet. You MUST send the email to be registered; If you just post here you are not yet registered. Note this is NOT the hotel reservations (you must make your own reservations)

Cost – There is NO ENTRANCE FEE to attend this event; Similar to last year we will be accepting donations to help cover the costs we do have;

Group Buffet Dinner – The group buffet dinner is the only exception to the above point. The cost per person for the buffet dinner is $35 and must be paid in advance. Details will be sent via email reply to registration.

I'm getting wooried that I may not be able to attend this year due to problems with my SS.

My Camaro has been in the shop for just over a week now and I'm feeling very frustrated with the problems I've been having.

Heater core ( defective ) recall
Ambient Lighting on driver's door ( won't light up ) recall
Rear speaker panel ( speaker grille warped ) recall
Aftermarket chrome rim ( warped ) manufacturer defect
Front GM splitter ( won't stay on ) defective clamps
Rear bumper ( Major paint defect - pitting and desolving ) bumper has been sanded and repainted, however, there are now blemishes in the paint that I'm not very happy with. EVERYONE take note !! I've found 5 camaro's with the same problem ... this may be a problem with the bumper itself so please take a close look at yours ... it starts off looking like sand in the paint, but can spread quickly!

Not sure when all this will be completed by, however, on the bright side ... since Saturday we will be gathering at Nurse Chevrolet I guess my car will already be there!

Sounds like it's still very possible. If it's just the paint work left then you should have it back in time. I also think they are aware that they are hosting us on Saturday. You might want to politely mention that your car is expected to be at their Camaro show and so the work has to be good because it will represent the dealerships quality of work.
