MyChevrolet App - GM Customer Service
This app would be really great if it would allow the do-it-yourself maintenance people to manually input when and what maintenance they did. Uploading receipt photos for type of oil, filter, etc. would be a nice touch as well.

The Chevrolet owners web site allows you to add maintenance items to the vehicle.
