AC only blows cold with defroster on
I am talking to the dealer about bringing the car in, but has anyone experienced this before? A friend thinks maybe a flap door is sticking... Could it be the programming? I know there is some sort of TSB for 2011's for the AC...
It was not working properly a two weeks ago right after I bought it, and they added 1/2 lb of Freon and based on the dye test no leaks up front. Thanks.

Taking the vehicle to the dealership is definitely the best choice in resolving this matter. Please keep us updated!

It was owner error, I didn't understand an aspect of the AC that I've not had before in previous GM vehicles. All good.
