I certainly would have worked with him if it was as bad as he said it was, but I know it was a functioning part and was in good shape when it shipped. What happened between here and there, I cant control.

I agree with rhino, if you get a USED item by all meens open it and look at it. If something is wrong contact seller ask for refund, if that doesn't work then proceed as needed.

What are they doing about your negative rating?

Lol, that's funny. I went a long time w no Sig. Doesnt change who I am though. I post more in the technical forums and have plenty of posts and vids in the drag section. But I guess I need an avatar to be a trusted member.

Well hopefully they read your PM and look into it and take it off. I don't think you did anything wrong.

I have an issue with this. Your for sale thread stated 10,000 miles. There was no mention of missing hardware. If I had bought it from you, I would expect it to be like new.

I wasnt aware it was missing hurst specific screws until the buyer was already installing it. I would have gladly sent him money for them or ordered some for him.

Its obviously working well, and if you expect new, then buy new. Do you find it strange that no pics have been posted??

Yes, pics would help his case. Your argument of if you want like new, buy new is still not a good one. New is new. Slightly used parts in excellent condition would be like new.

All of this and still no pics of said damage on an already installed used shifter. I know if I wasn't happy with it's condition I wouldn't have installed. I would have tried to get my money back.

Seems like a case of buyers remorse for buying a used part that wasn't research well enough by the buyer before purchasing
