my ss vs my friends ss
he has headers with 3 inch exhaust and a tune i have a vmax throttle bodie hiflow cats vararam ud pulley and a corsa cat back who will win in the 1/4 mile he when 12.81 at 108 i have not been to the track ps i do not have a tune

If he has a portable tuner like a diablo inTune or a predator, why not use it on your ride?

Sounds to me like a drivers race...the cars are similar enough to not really matter much in my opinion. The tuned car may have a very slight advantage, but really whomever gets the better 60 foot will probably be the winner.

An interesting experiment would be to run your car to see what you can do, then have your buddy return his car to stock and use his predator on your car and let you make some runs to see what improvements you make.
His car will likely not run, or run very poorly until he returns the tune to his car, but it could be fun to see if you like the tuner. |

He has headers which negates all your mods and then some. He has the edge.
