Hey guys im getting 391 gear installed either fri may 6 or fri may13 2016. Im then heading straight for st thomas for the fri night street fights. Im just wondering if there would be any members here looking to come. I have not seen one 5th gens in the 2 times ive been. I think it would be alot of fun. Dont worry if you havnt done it before..im new as well. It would be a good place to start because you would have some support from people and that makes it easier. Really even if you want a bud to come or you have another car it doesnt matter. Just bring a helmet and have some fun. I know its a ways away but thats ok. Either way im going for sure...i want to see how the 391s help. Damn it ..wrong section i will have it moved.

Hi stratman we have chatted before I think. I have a boat up at the narrows. I do believe you have some serious hp. Have you ever been. It's a haul for sure but I do try to get there a coupletter of times a year. Last year was my first time at a dragstrip.

I've been to the track before but really need some better wheels and tires to hook up. I live a few minutes from the Narrows. My car is more set up for mosport, if you want to take a trip there let me know. We have a group that goes a couple times a year, and it's closer.

There is a specific break in period for gears 500 miles various speeds no max torque situations lol blah blah blah you are going to love them gears haven't had mine in more the 2 k, and not to the strip yet let us know what you think

Where are you getting your 3.91's installed? Ive still gotta get mine installed and I Id love to hit up the track to see what the gears do!

So far....and at different power levels....should be a good showing. Theres a guy I have met there the two times I've been that has a 2011 5.0. It looks completely stock. But it's been totally rebuilt. ...motor done...suspension and super charged. He only had it out once to the track.....124 mph down the strip on street tires. That car is awesome. But he has spent a ton on it.
