2016 2SS to 2018 2SS 1LE

I am seriously considering trading my 2016 2SS for a 2018 2SS 1LE. Are there options/features that I’m loosing? Heated steering wheel? I can’t seem to get full list of options on the car I’m interested in from dealer website.

I traded my 16 2SS for the 18 2SS 1LE. You dont lose anything except the 1LE does not have a SS badge on the seat backs.

This as long as you opt for the 2018 2SS 1LE and not the 2018 1SS 1LE, just the missing red SS emblems.

I have a 2SS 1LE with sunroof built (not delivered yet, but the car exists!)

I like the sunroof myself and I'm glad I got it. I'm also 5'9". I talked to my local salesman the other day and he told me most customers shy away from the sunroof. He said they prefer the reverse mohawk look, more headroom, and most question why the sunroof doesn't open into the roof instead of above it.

Seems like a waste of money to me. If you want to do a trade up, just wait and go trade up to a ZL1. ALMOST everything the 1le offers can be done to an SS over time.

Just my opinion though. That's what I would do and plan on doing one day with my 2SS.

Unless, of course, you're leasing.

thats not the way to go. thats the way i had to go since i bought a 2SS literally 1 day befor they announced they will be making a 2SS 1LE. Really I should have just gotten a 1SS 1LE. the only thing you dont get between a 1SS and 2SS 1LE is cooled and heated seat ( i havent used them since checking them out) and dual zone climate control (havent used it at all). I do love my Sunroof but it wasnt a requirement when I was looking for a 2SS. the spectrum lighting is nice. rear parking assist is very nice

2SS 1LE adds PDR, better wheels, Recaro seats, 1LE suspension, matte wrapped hood, all things I’d like. Plus I’m falling out of love with Summit White... Found one locally and still trying to make a deal and if they won’t give me the price I want Ill probably save up for a ZL1.

Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1
