ambient lighting in the dash
What exactly is this? I presume that it is the strip across the center of dash lights up like the doors. If that is correct how do I get that to work on my car?

The ambient lighting is only on the doors but there have been a couple of members who have installed their own kits along the dash. Do a search and check them out.

Sorry. the ABL is only on the doors. The only way to have it on the dash is to install an aftermarket kit.

I have to admit though, it is one of the coolest mods to do, and completes the look of the ambient lighting.
I drove home last night at 1:30am, and it was very nice. Get a 5mm clear acrylic tube for the passenger side of the dash, and the GM lamp, and it will match the doors perfectly.
