Lemon???
My car is a lemon..unfortunately....but now I can get an SS. My only concern is that I removed the mufflers from my car and I was curious if they will still consider it a lemon now that the mufflers are off?

Is it a "lemon" for an exhaust issue? Need more info.

No. Its for a rear axel problem, brake and rotor in rear.

need a lot more info... How many times has it been to the dealer for the same thing? I can't see how a car could be a lemon for a rear axle and brake rotor problem. At the very worst why not have them replace the total rear assembly.

The car is 4 months old with 2200 miles. Its been to the dealer about 7 times now and still no fix they just keep finding more problems.!!

Unless the exact same problem occurs 3 times within the first year, it's not technically a lemon. It sounds like you just want to trade up, not file a lawsuit, so you are fine.

It's been 5 for the same reason and while they were trying to figure out why it can't be fixed try found another problem and try told me it can be a lemon now

Not entirely accurate. Most states give you either the choice of 3 attempts (plus a final repair attempt) for the SAME problem OR 30 days out of service (for any number of different problems). |

Yes I have been in contact with them and with all honesty they are no help at all. And I've been to three different dealers and the third one was the one who identified all thhe problems and are attempting to repair it. |
