Thanks Joe for remembering - the headrest part #s are back on post 111 in this thread - http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=111 quoted below

"UPDATED (October 23, 2009) - gmpartsdirect.com customer service emailed me on correcting the part#s for the plain leather and plain cloth headrests:

92240091 Leather headrest (Driver or Passenger side); black. List Price $64.64 each, Discounted Price $38.31 each (prices are from 10/2009)
92240086 CLOTH headrest (Driver or Passenger side); black. List price $63.05 each , Discount Price $37.38 each. (prices are from 10/2009)

Any other inquires eg for the IOM headrest you'll need to contact their customer service -customerservice@gmpartsdirect.com - with your VIN # if equipped with the IOM Accent Interior or another IOM member's VIN so they can look-up the correct part for that trim.

The headrests received were not just the covers but the entire headrest piece (Leather cover, molded form with posts) - amazing as the price either way was not expensive.

ready to go...

I took my head restraint covers off last night...wasn't easy on the first one, but the second one was a snap. Now, just pending a call to Pam to inquire about their holiday hours, mine are ready to go in the mail. If they are open for business as usual this week coming up, perhaps they will get done by the end of the week and back in the mail headed home and I'll get them a few[2-3] days after Christmas?

Also should get Wild Thing back from the painter next week, maybe Tues or Weds, with my new rally stripes and black matt fade gills installed.
Gosh...I just love "decorating" my Camaro as much as I do my home!

happy trails...

Yep...I talked to Pam this morning, actually, and she told me the same thing...after the first of the year. Also said no need to mail them this week as they are backed up, and will be closed until after New Year's if I understood her right. sigh.
I've already taken my covers off and I really don't want to put them back on and then off again. Guess I'll come up with something to put over the restraints so they don't look so bad.

Here's a link to verbal instructions, then see page 19 in this thread for some pics that might help.

After pondering on what I could cover the head restraints with while the skins are off for monograming/embroidering, I found the perfect cover....knee high surgical shoe covers.
Covers them without a lot of "poof". LOL!

Thanks Pam!! And thanks to Sarah for posting the 3901 sample, that helped a lot in the color choice.

Also, you know how cameras are with colors ... Well, the second photo is actually closer to the real color. The first one is a little bit washed out from the overhead lighting.

Love the job she did on them for you. I plan to do the same to mine only outlined in green (SGM) as soon as the new ones arive from gmpartsdirect.com
