I'm in the process right now. Getting a 2012 1SS vert again but this time in Crystal Red instead of black. I feel Chevy stepped up and I will give them another shot. I know what to look for this time and hopefully the fixes will be on the line before mine is made.

GM bought my 2011 back and I have faith in the general. I went with a 2012 vert.

Not going for a 2013 or ZL1 vert vs a 2012?

Just thinking you are so close to them opening up sales for 2013s in May and delivery in June, which may give even more time for a top resolution.

I'm sure that each buyback will need to stand on it's own merits accordinig to your specific state Lemon Law and the BBB program for your State.

As long as you aren't having any problems, you're all good!

True.. and tempted.. but a ZL1 is still much more expensive than a loaded 2ss vert.

base price 54k.. 2500 gas guzzler tax, options, tax/tag/title..

They aren't buying back cars and giving us a profit to boot.

Anyone have a buy back that was modded? Curious how they handle that. I have rub marks but not some of the extreme issues others have had.

For those of you that DID get a buy back offer - how did you go about STARTING the process? I'm running out of hair to pull out. Seriously.

Buy back is not an option for me... already have $$$ sunk in mods. I just want my top fixed correctly.

If the car was new when you bought it, then they buy it back at MSRP. If you bought it used then they buy it back at purchase price.

Did I miss something? Why is GM buying back all of your cars?
