Camaro v6 Trifecta Tune
So I was thinking about getting the Trifecta tune for my camaro v6. So should I get it? What are the hp and torque gains? Can I go back to the original ecu tune of the car? Or should I get another company or the tune?

You're lucky, you have the LFX engine. There's way better tunes available, I'm pretty sure you can even get it dyno tuned.
I'm stuck with the Turdfecta tune because of my supercharger and my LLT, the tune is alright but because I have a couple of RX Performance parts on my car the D-bag won't read my data logs any longer. I'm just sayin' if he'll do that, who knows what else he'll do to his Camaro customers |

Go with IPF.

You have a 2012, so your in good hands compared to the 2010 and 2011 guys. IPF tune would be a good choice, but if you can instead do a true dyno tune using HP tuner or EFI live software that is probably the way to go.
Expect around 15HP gain at peak with some good torque gains down low especially if your car is an automatic

Not sure how far you folks are apart but try Matt @ Florida Speed and Power. He has done a great job on my tuning.

I thought the 2012 RS camaro was a 2lt and they didn't have any tunes out there for them right now?

Nope...there are plenty of options for the 2012 model. EFI Live, HP Tuners, IPF, and Trifecta (and maybe more). The LFX responds well to a tune.

Take a look and see if you need an upper induction cleaning if you are running rough during cold start mode. It seems that a GM cleaning or a seafoam treatment takes care of this. Usually this is noticeable in the cold start mode.
