traction control?
I lifted this from the porsche thread:
"I have more info on the new Z/28 Camaro direct from a GM source, you read it here first (on the Porsche forum !) Coilovers Suspension roughly twice as stiff as the 1LE 7 mode traction management. Full on, full off, 5 progressive settings. System will manage wheelspin on apex exit, just nail the throttle. No detailed build sheet yet" I'm amazed I missed this...or maybe current camaros have this traction control already? Can anyone elaborate on it? tia |

The SS has StabiliTrak, and competition mode. Don't know about the ZL1

ZL1 as well:
"Performance Traction Management influenced by the Corvette ZR1 with five performance settings adjusts for ambient and track conditions, driver experience and vehicle familiarity. " http://www.chevrolet.com/camaro-zl1-sports-car.html |

thanks for the responses and link. Should I be lucky enough to get this car I look forward to using it. Hopefully the parameters can be changed while driving easily.

It is probably my favorite feature of the car beyond the actual motor :-) I was a skeptic but it does work well. Want to know how well? Turn it off and release the beast. It is not just a marketing feature. It is a performance feature.

..this is what I figured and I was fishing for information on for some time now, since the car is a track and street platform, logically there is some driver input that would be able to be placed into the DSSV and the earlier stabiltrak system. Unconfirmed, but...predictable.
