Use at least two THICK cardboard sheets, use more sheets if you use thin cardboard. make sure they are as wide as the tire or wider, not just enough to cover the rim. Use a sheet of foam on the face of the wheels. Then wrap them ENTIRELY with packaging wrap, NOT Saran Wrap. then tape it all up.

It should look like this when you are done, but with the cardboard extending PAST the tire.

Holy mackeral dude! Clean those inner fenders before storing it! That stuff will really be hard to clean up after the winter.

Walmart has some, UPS store, Sam's/Costco, any shipping store should have some.
