I'm starting to consider a tune, but dont want to go with a hand held, what is a good shop in MD that could do a dyno&tune for a reasonable price?

I would also like to know. I am considering putting some headers on, and I will probably need to get it tuned soon after.

Anybody have a shop they recommend for header install and tune?

Tonys corvette in gaithersburg. You wont be dissapointed.

When your talking tunes it gets pretty expensive.

RPM just up the road in Delaware would be my vote.

John @ Broadview Automotive in Warrenton, VA. He can work some magic on 4th gens so im sure he can tune up a 5th gen. I plan on taking my 2 4th gens and my moms 5th gen to him. Super nice guy too.

I'm taking mine to Behe Performance in Beltsville this Friday. Andy said he can work some magic! Will post the dyno #'s!

Thanks Mick, we'll definitely get your car sorted out for you! There's not much we can't do with 5th gens, not to toot our own horn or anything, but I don't think anyone would be disappointed if we tuned their car. Behe has tuned all three of cars. GTO, Grand Sport Vette and our Camaro. I really don't think anyone could do a better job than they do.

As soon as my schedule allows, I'm taking mine there for some work. Need some cutouts installed, a line lock and a few other odds and ends.

I recommend Tim at T&T Performance. They put my LS3 over 500 rwhp and my 454 over 600 rwhp. N/A with supporting mods shows they know what it takes to make a proper build. With normal bolt ons you will not be disappointed either. Top notch shop and tuning!

Ed. who works with Tim at T&T, does really excellent work. His reputation is world-wide. Rich dudes from China fly him out there each year to tune 10-30 cars each year. My car is fully streetable, and passes the toughest MD emissions testing, while making over 850hp to the wheels, thanks to Tim and Ed.
