Seeing the rear wheels in your avatar it is obvious that '06 isn't stock.

I see what you've done there!!!!!!

For performance wise, i believe supersports or gt speed versions are faster. But when it comes to standard continental gt, you can have him with good shifts.

Hp to weight ratio is better in the camaro. He's driving an auto, I'm driving a stick that I have gotten really comfortable shifting quick and hard at 6k. By the numbers it's going to be a good race.

Bentley is laying down 540 to the wheels and its about 12.5lbs per hp.

By the spec numbers the camaro is lighter and better power to lb ratio.

By the track numbers published by motor trend magazine the bentley pushes better 0-60 and 1/4mile times.

Camaro has a natural 6.2L V8, the Bentley 6L W12 turbo... I find it amazing that a car that is $210,000 puts such a big ass engine with turbos, yet a 42,000 car with less cylinders, and is .2L bigger can give it a run for its money. Why pay 210,000 for a bentley coupe sports car when a 42,000 can almost out run you!?!?(rhetorical style question) Actually a few of these guys on here probably could out run it in their verts, top down, and don't even have a supercharger or turbo on em, and still get better gas mileage than the bentleys 10/17 POS mileage!

Yes I am going to take the challenge of my cousins GF's bentley lol. I might lose right now, but I wanna see by how much on a closed legal course.

I'd venture to guess that someone who can afford/obtain a $200k+ car isn't insecure enough to care about some guy in a $40k car beating him in a street race. At the end of the day, she's still driving a Bentley, and you're still driving a Chevy.

Even if you beat him, you are still just driving a Chevy Camaro. He still wins either way. But if you lose, hmmmmmm.
So don't take him up on it. You are in a no win situation.

idk why you keep talking it HP weight ratio. there is more to racing than that. my camaro has a better ratio then my friends M5 but he wins races. because of his launch control, faster revving engine better gear ratio. etc. but i do have more torque, but my launch is not as good, nor are my tires.

stop just looking at HP, dam no wonder why people make fun of muscle car owners all they look at is who has the biggest engine and most power.

My neighbor across the street drives a baby blue Bently vert. He said he paid
$280K for it. It even has a pretty nice exhaust sound to it.

I would laugh to see that thing going down the 1/4 mile. It's his Sunday driver. He drives it down to the Marina to take out his boat for the day.

He owns several shoe stores (lots of money in selling shoes lol).

Its my cousins gf's car and she didn't even pay for it. Daddy pays for everything. They talk a bunch of trash on the performance. NOT the overall look or who can pull more tail. My thing is she or he didn't pay for anything and a 210k car can barely beat, if, a 40k car.

Im not looking at just that, I am also looking at his gearing, 0-60 times, how fast/big his stock turbos are. Im looking at the bigger picture, but when talking smack back to him (because he is extremely ignorant when it comes to cars) I throw the numbers at him and lbs to hp ratio. That does have a good factor that comes to play.
