Six speed manual
I've got a question for all you camaro geniuses... Those that have had the pleasure of sitting in the car that is...
The six speed manual transmition... Where is reverse? Is it all the way to the left and up or all the way to the right and down? The reason i ask is cuz my buddy who's got a 6 speed Subaru WRX STI (trust me we're not that good of friends cuz he likes to flaunt his ricyness) his reverse is all the way to the right and down, next to 6th gear, and there's a circular lever in the middle of the stick that you have to pull up in order to move it all the over to the right and drop it into reverse in order to protect the car from accidentally dropping it into reverse. If camaro's reverse is all the way to the right i wonder if it will have a similar set up. Just wondering outta curiosity, i think i would rather it be all to the right. i don't like the idea of it being on the left. Whadda fellas think?

and im sorry, but you are incorrect about the shifter. it is up and to the left for the v6. up and right on the v8

Number 3 to the rescue!! Thanks.... I can deal with right and up, so i take it there's no kind of special lever like the STI?
