Ok, I had a few requests for my GMPP exhaust. I had a friend (Thanks Joe) with a nice camera who shot this today.

I got my car in early May of '09 and the GMPP was one of the few, if only exhaust option at the time and had it installed.

If I had waited, I may have opted for one of the many exhaust options now available but I'm still pleased with the GM and have no thoughts of changing.

The sound listening without using headphones is kinda weak but with them it's not bad.

I'm guessing you have checked out the first post of this thread and saw the Long Tubes section ....else I say to you... lol

Don't have the exact combo your looking for, but the 2nd one listed has ARH + MRT 2 (and pretty sure hes running Injen as well) but also has bigger tubing that stock...that should be pretty dang close to a good example.

As for BBKs, I'd check out the BBK + MRT V1 example...which will be a resonably close example for you as the MRT V1 is mostly just louder, and maybe slightly higher in tone than the V2, but not much.

Magnaflow Exhaust

After having a flowmaster exhuast system on my car for a yr I decided to change it because of the drone noise in the cabin while cruising at 2K. I changed over to the magnaflow exhaust and there is much improvement,it still sounds good outside the vehicle and the sound in the cabin at 2K is much more mellow then the drone sound.Sorry I don't have any video.

Okay well I have a question. Out of all the KITS not custom kits, which one gives the deepest tone and sounds least like a tuner/ricer?

This was one of the most important things for me as well. I ended up with magnaflow and borla. In my opinion these two systems have the deepest tone with the least raspyness/drone/rattling.

I took the borla because it's a tad less loud than the magnaflow but with the same deepness.

info from a mufler expert - XPIPE

I know you are a big Fan of the Xpipe. I was told by a local muffler shop that just by adding the Xpipe Alone you will get a GREAT Sound. Anyone heard this idea?
