Hey dudes, it makes me smile and almost laugh when one of ya' says,"What a tool...". Yet the fact be told, I don't have any idea what "tool" means in such a context. It's obviously pejorative, but why?
As a lifelong mechanic of sorts, tools are good, the more of 'em the better, especially big American tools. Give me tools that are well-made, sculpted to fit in the hand, ones that are thick, strong and robust over the more gracile wimpy ones that come dripping outa' some Chinese hole.
I say we Americans have the best tools in the world. My wife agrees. She never wants for anything extra when I'm around to service her issues with my toolishness, or did she say foolishness? No importance, she knows whereof we speak.

Okay, now back to the point, what is a tool?
