Lowering

hello all,


Just wondering who has lowered there camaro and do I need any special tools. I already have a spring compressor and is there anything else needed. thanks.

Well, finished installing my H&R lowering springs. It took me only 4 hours to complete with an alignment appointment tomorrow at the dealership. I can't believe how much better the car looks and rides. Pic's to follow later on when the weather is nice out.

Good luck with the alignment, we dropped one of ours with the H&R kit and had to go to a specialty shop; it was too low for a standard shop lift. Also, they were unable to get the rears perfect, and the fronts required extra work with notching the bolt holes.

I hope so too. i would think the dealer could do it. plus they have wooden planks to help lowered cars up the rack. I checked already.
