Hell i would settle for the Targa top like the vettes, just the one full opening across the two seats, that would be mint, and when your done put the removable peice back in

I'd be ok with that too..just somethin other than soft top..it's so cheap lookin.

hi,

I just read somewhere that chevy does not plan on making the hardtop conv. because the cost of making it would sky rocket. Personally I do not like the camaro as a conv. but that is just me.

hardtop seems unlikely. Even if they ever come out with one its going to make the car even heavier.

i would LOVE to see GM make it in a hard top!
that's one of the reasons i didnt get a vert. i can't do the soft top... GM should do like Volkswagon and make a hard top convert with a sunroof

i'd be the first order!

Some of you think it might not or ever happen. But Research and Development has seen that if there is a demand or someone is willing to pay it. They might make it. Who would have thought there would be someone willing to pay 50K for a vert? Would you pay 70K with a ragtop and a hardtop option?

If Chevrolet sold 1000 of them at a 20,000 profit margin, that would be $20,000,000. Do you think they could sell 1000? Not to mention the plants are almost all robotic anyways.
