Tasha has her Annual Training (2 weeks) that weekend and she gonna be away and she's not happy about it :(

I have but one question. I have no plans to drag race, road course or anything else as I'm not a racer but if there is a chance to do a lap around ORP, then I'm down for that. Is there something one needs to do to be on that or will everyone be allowed to do that?
