Possible to achieve 500 rwtq and pass emissions with cam?

Title pretty much sums up my question. I do already have a CAI, throttle body, lt's, hi flow cats and exhaust, +tune. I'm just looking to hit the 500 rwtq number and be done with modding the car. I just have to pass emissions while doing so. Not sure what route to take. It is an m6 ls3 also. I'm trying not to take a huge hit on mileage either. I get 16 and it puts a little squeeze on the wallet haha

You need forced induction or cubic inches to get that much torque. Not gonna happen.

Alright I see. Can I at least get somewhat close without FI? I have around 430tq at the moment. Also, forgot to mention it needs to maintain drivability which yeah, FI seems to be the only option.

450ish is the most you'll get. Gears will make it feel like more if you add 3.91's. Its just not a realistic/achievable goal without going a different route. And you'll lose mileage no matter what with a cam, 2-4mpg is common.

Ah OK. I have a buddy with a supercharger who has 550 hp and gets 27mpg. Sounds like FI is the way to go for sure

Your long tubes aren't legal anyways so might as well cam it and be done. Tick sells cams with the right overlap and duration to pass nsmog with the right tune but you won't get near 500. If you got the gmpp cnc heads and that smaller cam you would be closer and all would appear stock. 500tq your gonna need forced induction.
