Is that through a dealer? Is that including the TPMS and center caps as well?

not bad... add another 2.5k for tires and sensors, caps and lugs... mount and balance and you're at 5700.

I still am waiting for GM to release the constraints, I gave proof of damage and proof of ZL1 ownership...still rims are on hold, this was 2 months ago and still today??

You're waiting too long. I did the same and just got my 2 new rears today. It took me about two weeks to get them. I went through Maureen at Rodgers (sponsor here) and she was awesome to work with. Great price and free shipping.
