I see your point. But its not even close to the same difference between the two cars as it used to be. Thats why I think you will look like a fool if and when you choose to put us in our place.

The mustang was already picked in 2/3rds out of the reviews as the winner over all in 2010, handling, visibility, quality, passanger room, usable trunk, better sound, more options avail, steering feed back and feel, more fun to drive...dont get me started id BE HAPPY to pull my original write up and compilation of reviews. When you add up the "whole picture"..its not so foolish. Im just sayin... |

Ok fast and the furious LOL. The 2011 didnt win in the 1/4 mile in the edmunds test and actually had a slightly lower trap than the camaro....just to argue a bit.
I read PLENTY of reviews giving the camaro the win. But yes I also read some where the GT won. But with mag reviews feel and preference etc is just an opinion and often biased. I was just referring to lap times, braking specs and 1/4 mile specs in mags as a whole....not in who's opinion was the favorite car...AKA who paid them more. So do you plan on getting a 2011 GT since the 2011 v6 is just as fast as your car? |

This kind of seems like getting beat up by the big kid in class - then you go home and get a pair of brass knuckles and come back and sucker punch him. Does this make you the bigger man? The overall winner? It took Ford a year to come up with something to compete (or beat) the 2010 Camaro but as history has told us GM will come back with a solid upper cut (not a sucker punch) and once again wreck the day for all those guys driving those girly looking mustangs. GM has always, will always and should be noted as the leader of any muscle car ever built. What did Ford ever develop to rival the ZL1? What have they developed to rival the ZR1? Point made

There was no superior mustang from 1986-2002 yet the Camaro kept improving itself. In fact it was a total blow out from 1993-2002. Ford more or less did the ricer flyby with the 2003 cobras. |

I do not like being a beta tester for any car company..not even Ford. And yes i do believe the Camaro does/would start creeping forward (weather thats catching up or inching away)..if the race dragged for an extended ride where like in the salt flats..while the mustangs strength is/was the first few seconds due to being lighter. (unlike a lot of the camaro fanbois here i actually can concede the strengths of each) As far as the 2011 v6..i think its amazing. Its still down on torque by 55ft/lbs (premium in the 2010 Gt nets 335ft/lbs)..and wont sound as good...but the gas mileadge..... Well im ok with what i have till i give Ford a chance to produce the 5.0 for a while...ill be getting the 5.0 though, not the 3.7. |

Actually Edmunds Camaro Test put the Camaro SS they tested at like 1/10th or so slower and couple MPH slower (both tests done by them). I love it, when it cam to the 10 GTs and the Hallengers as much as 1/10th slower than the Camaro and it was considered a blower, I know it's different since a comparable Camaro is about 6-8k cheaper than a SRT8, not really, the SRT8 is well modified and has a better quality interior and a lot more content. Anywho, not going back down that road. Keep em coming |

That video is suspect. Looks to me like the Camaro is purposely staying at the line. This is an obviously staged race.

You wanna know what I hate about my car. The pdim is junk. Tq managment from the factory is overkill. The BA stereo still sucks. DOD is stupid. Its tooo quiet from the factory. The wheels are made of some black metal so when they get road rashed or chipped its extra noticeable. Thats about it. Now for that Mustang, boy is that car about the worst rear end design Ive ever seen. Thats all I can really comment on, as I dont own one. But I look forward to slaying them at the track just like every other mustang gt since the beginning of mustang gts. |

What about LT1 Z@8?SS vs with 275 or so HP vs the 305 HP 96-97 Cobra? Pricing was pretty similar between a loaded Z and the CObra. The 87-92 Fox bodies were generally quicker than the 3rd gens despite the 350 avail (hurt by only offering an auto.

I cant wait until the day one of these Mustangs pulls up next to me at a traffic light thinking they have the upper hand on me. It will take them about 2 seconds to realize that I am packing over 700hp under the hood while they get a very good look at my tail lights and get about 1 second to read my license plate.
