Question How do you open/close your trunk?

I try to keep fingerprints to a minimum on my paint. So opening and closing the trunk lid can become a challenge. If I am wearing long sleeves, I will pull my sleeve down and grab under the lip to open, and the bowtie to close. Sometimes I hook my finger into the small hole in the material next to the latch to pull the lid back down. What does everyone else do? I am sure I am not the only analy clean person out there.

Agree. Very tough to keep prints off for the trunk. I use the bowtie to close the trunk, but dont like the prints on the chrome. Long sleeves do help.

I guess this is only an issue with black camaros, cause I don't have an issue with fingerprints on my paint.

Yep, haha

I use my head with the trunk lid, keeps fingerprints down, sometimes leaves hairs......

Ok I'm kidding, haha. Usually have long sleeves on since its getting colder.

I'm also glad to hear I'm not the only one who wipes off every fingerprint I leave on my car. I didn't want to feel alone in my paranoia, haha!

Spoiler, on the stripes. The Bowtie method always caused me to slam the trunk for some reason

haha on the weather strip for the door! I do the exact same thing. I hate when I bring it to the dealer or random people use the glass to close the door . Far worse than the fingerprints on the door

God I hate that! Whenever I have passengers they always leave fingerprints all up and down the passenger window.
