Rake - Ride Height for the Track?
Installed my coilovers this weekend and was playing with ride height front to rear or rake. I am going to road course track and autox the car and was looking for direction on how much rake should be in the cars suspension? Currently the rear is 18mm higher than the front. Is this optimum?
Also I have the same size tires and wheels on all four corners. Thanks Ralph

Ralph,
Are you measuring ride height Pedders style? |

Pete,
Yes, Sir! I leveled the car last night. 645mm on both fronts and 657mm on both rears. With stock 20" wheels and tires. Just wantings to know what is the optimum suspension rake. My track tires and wheels are 18" and the same size on all four corners. Thanks, Ralph

So for the road racing/autox you want a level/even suspension? I will give it a try!
Actually the camaro was level within 2mm from the factory.
