I searched and couldn't find anything specific to what I am looking for. I would like to get a 'bowtie' like the one in this pic. Does anyone know of any place selling them?

That could be worth it. The way it looks now stands out in a bad way to much.

one on EBAy for big bucks all set up in orange with the interior upgrade leather to match. A six speed manual SS/RS package...the works...if you are willing to pay...

do it your self just do some research to learn the skills to do a quality job

or go to local body shop and they can do it for less than half that

A guy on the silveradoss.com forums made chrome bow ties with body colored ss in the center and they were top notch i dont know if he is still doing this or not, there are a couple of member over on this forum from that site i know for sure i've seen raysb4u on here and a couple others i'll have to check it out, i'd like one myself

I really want black bowties, but not extremely anxious to paint them myself. So if anyone sees someone whose making them please speak up.

why not just look into aftermarket ones then try it your self on your stock one and see how it turns out have some fun with it and if you don't like it get the aftermarket one

Doing it yourself should be pretty easy. I've painted a few parts before, nothing too serious. All you really need is some masking tape and some good paint.

I'm planning on making the inside of the bow tie black like this one when ours comes in.
