What kinda stripes?
Anyone know how I could get this look on my SS? Any idea what kinda paint was used etc? I asked the guy who has it and no response in almost 3 wks.

Those are pearl stripes I believe. You would have to get them custom painted.

If you want REAL subtle and don't want to pay the amount it would cost for paint...look into the clear pearl vinyl. It's just pearlescent "shimmer" on a clear sheet of vinyl. So, if you had IOM...it would still be IOM but with a pearl look just on the stripes. I'm not sure how it would look, but the concept seems like what you're looking for.
I just got a quote for painted pearl stripes from a family friend for $900! Can't beat that in my book.

Well the post says there custom painted on pearl stripes. I'm not worried about the cost, I'd just like to find out the color of them, or the color of the pearl that was painted over the IOM.
