3 Point Brace from BMR!

okay... as i said in my car journal...

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=54453&page=4

I have a 4 point brace from BMR... but due to my CAI box, i had to settle with a 3 point brace!

now my idea is to take a small grinder to the box and make way for the 4th point... anyone have any better ideas??

Honestly speaking, i didn't think the brace would actually change the feel of each turn... but... i stand corrected... she turns with confidence and no hesitation now!!

Saw two what? Strut braces or cold air intakes?

To the OP, mod the air box to get the brace in there. That'll be a cool custom touch for under the hood, as long as modding the box doesn't restrict airflow (I don't see why it would). I just hope it won't require modding the window on the box...

Shoot me some pictures once you get it figured out. I have had a few people have some clearance issues with the the many different intake setups out there and since there are so many it is hard to make it work with every single one. Most people are suprised at how true and secure the car feels with the BMR strut tower brace installed. If there is anything I can do to help you out let me know.
