Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for LS3 heads with the hollow stem intake valves.

The folks doing my port work are going to do a valve job for the same price. I'm needing a set of LS3 heads for them to port so my LS3 doesn't lay open for 2 or 3 weeks. Plan is to sell my stockers after the LS3 is buttoned back up. Don't think I can get anywhere near $800 for them.

The 823's with the hollow stem valves are tempting, but a little out of my price range. Already have BTR springs. Plus, I think the freight from B. C. all the way down to SE TX would make this deal prohibitive. Thanks.

I'd be interested in your stock heads once removed. I actually have a set of 821 LS3 heads in my garage going on my 6.0L 370ci build. They are untouched but I installed some new GM blue springs.

I'll keep you in mind once we get the heads off. They're from a 50K mile LS3. Running perfectly now. I've bought and sold quite a few things from folks in Austin. Always met in Giddings to do the deal.

I've bought 3 sets of 821 for around that. Lowest was $400 and high was $750 for new takeoffs.

I'm not asking for new heads for $600. Just rebuildable cores. I have seen a few with an asking price higher than that. They're still for sale though. If I have to pay more than $600, I'll tape the engine up, throw a tarp over it, and just leave it like that for a few weeks while my heads are being worked. Not my preferred way of doing it though.

One of two things I can offer:

1. Texas Speed PRC 260 heads with 65cc combustion chambers and almost new BTR .660" springs with about 25K miles. These are available now.

http://www.texas-speed.com/p-4010-pr...der-heads.aspx

or

2. OEM heads with 260cc intake runners and aftermarket valves, CRC ported by Texas Speed with about 12K miles. These are available if you choose them and AFTER I swap them for the PRC 260's.

http://www.texas-speed.com/p-1388-pr...d-porting.aspx

PM me if interested.....we'll exchange numbers and talk this through.
