18 pulley swap
Have a gen 6 ? for a friend (I have a gen 5 Z). Does a pulley swap one size smaller require:
tune or injector upgrade (or both) adding headers only (tune)? Both headers and a pulley (tune and injectors)? Thanks |

You will need a tune for both if you do a pulley swap. If you add headers you can get away without a tune for a bit but it's highly recommended as you will be running lean and leaving power on the table. Injectors depend on how much you pulley it. The LT4 can go full bolt ons without an upgrade. The LSA will need an injector swap if you add enough boost. I see you're in Buffalo Grove? Is that IL? We're in St Charles not to far from you if that's the case. We have great deals on all the parts and we install and tune as well when you're ready.
