I had Series 40 Flowmasters put on, and I'm have tips being made shaped like the opening on my GFX. They will be 1/4" smaller then the openings.

I had a post a few weeks ago about this same issue.... I have a corsa exhuast and the the tips are much larger then the factory ones.. Been looking for square tips to have put on, but not too much luck, also emailed them and they do not make any square tips at all from corsa.

Guess Ill have to wait for a solution to come up..

SOLO Performance Systems have a Rectangle Shaped Tip option that fits the GFX. See Here Post #2

Another option is to get rid of the round tips and put in square. I didn't like the look of round inside square so I had these put on with my new exhaust!
