Magnaflow resonated x pipe questions

I had a muffler delete on my 2014 Camaro LT (LFX). I wanted it a little louder and wanted to keep rasp to a minimum. So I bought a Magnaflow resonated x pipe. I had my muffler shop Do the following: Deleted secondary cats, replace H pipe with res x pipe, and deleted the resonators. Mufflers were already deleted. I was shocked when I picked my car up to find that the new setup is quieter and sounds extremely similar to just a normal muffler delete. Has anyone done downpipes with no cats, into the res x pipe, then straight piped after that? Current setup is nothing like what I thought it was going to sound, and want a little more out of it.
Thanks in advance.

The magnaflow will get a decent amount louder after some time.
